We believe one track solutions are not always the right fit when problem solving today, whether it be for a global corporate or a local start up, based in Europe, Africa, North America or Asia. World View Mentor tailors individual solutions for clients using coaching, mentoring and consultancy skills to help clients build better growth strategies

“As the saying goes, it is lonely at the top. Having a mentor or coach to work with you creates a psychologically safe place for trusted and confidential support.”

World View Mentor’s Services

Complex times, by definition, mean multiple challenges. Today, one track solutions are not always the right fit when problem solving. WVM’s approach tailors individual solutions based on six key service areas: mentoring, coaching, consulting, introductions, resources and thought leadership. “Each engagement differs,” says Gina, “but I find I often tap into two or three of my service areas for clients.”

“I believe we should look at the whole human when mentoring or coaching a client. We are not just the person that comes to the office, we all have families, different preferences, personalities, and talents.”

— Gina Lodge

Mentoring or Coaching?

Coaching and mentoring both aim to offer support in personal and professional development, but how do you decide which approach is best for you?. The key differences are that mentoring is steeped in the history of sharing knowledge, application of solutions and providing and signposting of resources. In coaching, the essence of the practice is the use of questioning techniques which enable the coachee to discover their own solution. Want to know more?
