Gina And Mentoring

Gina’s interest in mentoring began in 2022 as she considered the next step in her working life. “Mentoring attracts me because it allows me to share my resources and years of experience as a leader in engagements with my clients,” says Gina adding, “you can, of course, combine both coaching and mentoring when working with a client as long as you clearly name which skill you are using.”

Gina’s Backstory

Based outside of London, in a converted oast house, when Gina isn’t mentoring, or sitting on a board these days, you can find her Nordic walking with friends in the Kent/East Sussex borders, walking her two dogs, Eric and Ted, and learning to paint with watercolours.
